Section NOS WKS Slask, which I have the incredible pleasure to lead, to suffer very badly the global crisis, baa I suppose that much more (and this stems from my own observation is not confirmed by research or other CEBOPów OBOPu) than other sections of I-league ... (The past few years do not go to the camps, Christmas and New Year because I simply do not have the money) ... Reading other blogs, I know that you were already there, the others went for it there, and they are already in general almost did not come back from camp ... it hurts me a little, because apparently there are a lot better than us (me) in the organization of the training ... etc, etc. ..
... sitting and brooding came to the conclusion that enough of this injustice (injustice, I call that my players can not just go to camp as their rivals, because the section is poor, and they also do not have cash to pay for it all) ... and I decided to camp, mountain home in the period 27.12-02.01. How is it ... sent the idea is simple .... athlete has to do two training sessions and ... and rest before another day ...

... so every morning we leave cars (15-17 people) Sleza, after training back to the club for lunch (which greatly accelerates the chance to do the second session). After dinner the players back home, where they face the afternoon workout tips by coach ... Trainings are actually on the mountain and Sleza camp, and everything in simple looks like this:

Fri particularly in Trzebnica - Running 10km New Year's Eve (who was aware that the flat will not)

costs of such a project? ... PLN 25 x 4 days x 16 meals plus 600 zł for fuel for cars. Total of 2200 zł (7 days of camp for 16 people) ... of course it is true that you need to eat breakfast earlier, some have some way to the meeting place, and after dinner, you still need to go home ... there was no alternative but to go or not go to training camp just like at camp or not to train ... and this is why we train all the crate from the players who enter the 16tek and ending Wojtkach.
And anyway that I dream about it, I do not have to deal with such matters, but whether it is possible ... (tak. .. just enough small accumulation in the lottery)
Returning to organize training my players did it I settle Technical camp in April (25-30) with free :))))) nights in the resort 250 meters from the border with the Czech Republic (the camp will be on the maps in the Czech Republic) and in the same place at the beginning of August (1-14) - This information is for my players, who sometimes look it here ... ai me pleasure to write about this because since yesterday I enjoyed a bowl because of that.
